Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, exchanges are offered on "in stock" purchases within 30 days of purchase.  You just pay for shipping, and any value difference will either be refunded as a store credit or billed to you.  Send us an email at and we'll set it up.

Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  We only offer returns on rare cases of manufacture defect.

Eligible returns and exchanges must:
Be post marked before 30 days from date of purchase.
Be unused and in the same condition it was received in.
Be complete in the same packaging it was sent in.
Have a copy of the proof of purchase receipt included with the return.
Customer must send an email to and have the return approved prior to shipping.

Non-Refundable items include:
Gift Cards all denominations
Custom Pieces
Sale Items
Shipping Costs
Items lost or damaged in shipping

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, timing of the refund will depend on when your payment provider processes the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturer defect.  If you need to exchange it, send us an email at to see if the defective item is eligible.  Photos will be requested.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  Send us an email at and we'll set it up.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver with their permission.

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returns.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We ship out of Mississauga ON.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not cover the loss or damage to return shipping items.
